Updated Satellite 6.4 packages that fix several bugs are now available for Red Hat Satellite.

This update resolves an error where packages were missed in our prior 6.4.3 release https://access.redhat.com/errata/RHBA-2019:0903

Description

Red Hat Satellite is a system management solution that allows organizations to configure and maintain their systems without the necessity to provide public Internet access to their servers or other client systems. It performs provisioning and configuration management of predefined standard operating environments.

This update fixes the following bugs:

• When forking a new thread and reconnecting to Mongo, the pulp celery worker was becoming stuck. (BZ#1693328)
• Upgrading from 6.3 to 6.4.3 snap 1 failed at the katello:upgrades:3.6:import_product_content step. (BZ#1695811)
• Because of a race condition when creating a pool, there was an error that was causing a duplicate keys value violation. (BZ#1698521)

Users of Red Hat Satellite are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata relevant to your system have been applied.
