Updated dpdk packages that fix several bugs are now available in the Extras channel of Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The dpdk packages provide the Data Plane Development Kit, which is a set of libraries and drivers for fast packet processing in the user space.

This update fixes several bugs, including:

• Previously, the dependency on the pyelftools package was missing in the dpdk packages. Consequently, dpdk did not work as expected. This update adds the missing pyelftools dependency. (BZ#1615922)

Users of dpdk are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
