A new version of foreman-maintain and satellite-clone have been released to fix problems with the upgrade procedure for Satellite 6.3.

Description

Satellite Maintenance is a set of tools for managing and operating a Satellite Server.

This update fixes the following bugs:

• The foreman-maintain tool mistakenly changed uppercase characters to lower case while saving hammer credentials causing authentication errors. This is now fixed. (BZ#1513599)
• During an upgrade from 6.2 to 6.3, users experienced a Pulp duplicate key error from data in table units_yum_repo_metadata_file. This is now fixed. (BZ#1493838)

Users of Red Hat Satellite are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
