Updated rear packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 Extended Update Support.

Description

Relax-and-Recover is a recovery and system migration utility. The utility produces a bootable image and restores from backup using this image. It allows to restore to different hardware and can therefore be also used as a migration utility.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Previously, Relax-and-Recover sometimes encountered a failure of the "partprobe" command when restoring the disk layout due to a race with udev. As a consequence, it was not possible to complete the restore operation successfully. The bug has been fixed. As a result, restoring disk layout now works as expected. (BZ#1512541)

Users of rear are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.

relevant to your system have been applied.
