Updated mutter packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3 Extended Update Support.

Description

Mutter is a window and compositing manager that displays and manages your desktop via OpenGL. It can either be used stand-alone or as the display core of a larger system like the GNOME desktop.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Previously, if a Standard Widget Toolkit (SWT) application triggered a pop-up dialog displayed on top of the application, the events generated by this dialog were in some cases received not by the original application, but the application currently in focus. As a consequence, interacting with the dialog sometimes did not have the expected effect. This update fixes the underlying code, and SWT application pop-up dialogs now affect the appropriate application. (BZ#1463679)

Users of mutter are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.
