Updated python-rhsm packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Description

The python-rhsm packages provide a library for communicating with the Representational State Transfer (REST) interface of a Red Hat Unified Entitlement Platform. The Subscription Management tools use this interface to manage system entitlements, certificates, and access to content.

This update fixes the following bug:

  • Previously, the python-rhsm library was incompatible with versions of the M2Crypto library without IPv6 support. The underlying source code has been modified to fix this bug, and python-rhsm now works with the mentioned versions of M2Crypto as expected. (BZ#1459209)

Users of python-rhsm are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.
