Type/Severity
Bug Fix Advisory
Red Hat Insights patch analysis
Identify and remediate systems affected by this advisory.
Topic
Updated rhevm-setup-plugins packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available.
Description
The rhevm-setup-plugins package adds functionality exclusive only to Red Hat Virtualization Manager, and is not available for the upstream ovirt-engine. It includes the configuration of the Red Hat Support plugin, copying downstream-only artifacts to the ISO domain, and links to the
knowledgebase and other support material.
Changes to the rhevm-setup-plugins component:
- Previously, AllowClusterWithVirtGlusterEnabled was explicitly set to false at setup to prevent users from having an unsupported hyper-converged deployment by mistake. Now, AllowClusterWithVirtGlusterEnabled is set to true by default to allow for hyper-converged deployments. (BZ#1414509)
