Updated libqb packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2 Extended Update Support.

Description

The libqb packages provide a library with the primary purpose of providing high
performance client/server reusable features, such as high performance logging,
tracing, inter-process communication, and polling.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Previously, in certain situations, a corruption occurred in the Inter Process

Communication (IPC) buffer. Consequently, the libqb library ran into a spinning
loop and caused the application to become unresponsive. This bug has been fixed,
and now libqb works as expected. (BZ#1440242)

Users of libqb are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this
bug.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata relevant to your system have been applied.
