Updated libtool packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 7.2 Extended Update Support.

Description

The libtool packages contain the GNU Portable Library Tool: a set of shell scripts that automatically configure UNIX, Linux, and similar operating systems to generically build shared libraries. Libtool provides a consistent portable interface, which simplifies the process of using shared libraries.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Previously, certain calls to the libltdl library provided unclear return values when the process was unable to allocate more memory. As a consequence, these errors could cause segmentation faults or wrong data manipulation. The bug has been fixed, and the libltdl library now provides correct return values. (BZ#1420735)

Users of libtool are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this bug.

relevant to your system have been applied.
