Updated pcs packages that fix two bugs are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The pcs packages provide a command-line configuration system for the Pacemaker and Corosync utilities.

This update fixes the following bugs:

• Previously, the pcs utility did not recognize names of resource agents based on systemd services that support multiple instances, because these names contain the "@" character. As a consequence, an attempt to create a resource based on such a name lead to an error. This update fixes the validation of systemd resource agent names. As a result, these names can be used for creating resources and the error no longer occurs. (BZ#1412244)
• Previously, the pcs utility only offered an option to replace the entire contents of Cluster Information Base (CIB). Consequently, a race condition leading to data loss could occur. With this update, it is possible to change the CIB only partially. As a result, concurrent changes are no longer overwritten and this bug is prevented. (BZ#1413046)

Users of pcs are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs.

Solution

relevant to your system have been applied.
