Topic

Updated kubernetes packages that fix several bugs and add various enhancements are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 Extras.

Description

The kubernetes packages provide container cluster management.

The kubernetes packages have been upgraded. This upgrade comes from the OpenShift 3.2.1.6 release, providing a number of bug fixes and enhancements over the previous version. (BZ#1354340)

  • With the newer version of the docker component, it was not possible to detect the PID of a running docker process due to the introduction of the docker-current and docker-latest processes replacing the original docker process. With this update, kubernetes is again able to detect the PID of running docker processes. (BZ#1356430)

Users of kubernetes are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs and add these enhancements.
