Topic

An updated rubygem-openshift-origin-controller package that fixes a bug is now available for Red Hat OpenShift Enterprise release 2.2.

Description

OpenShift Enterprise by Red Hat is the company's cloud computing Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) solution designed for on-premise or private cloud deployments.

This update fixes the following bug:

  • A recent fix to a rails package for CVE-2016-0751 changed the way the OpenShift Enterprise REST API handles media formats, which caused 406 errors when no format was specified in the Accept header. This bug fix sets the default format to JSON when no format is specified, allowing REST API calls with no Accept type specified. (BZ#1322543)

All OpenShift Enterprise 2 users are advised to upgrade to this updated package.
