Updated Samba package that adds one enhancement is now available for Red
Hat Gluster Storage 3.1 update 2.

Description

Samba is an implementation of the server message block (SMB) protocol. It
allows the networking of Microsoft Windows®, Linux, UNIX, and other
operating systems together, enabling access to Windows-based file and
printer shares. Samba's use of SMB allows it to appear as a Windows server
to Windows clients.

This update adds the following enhancement:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux does not provide the ldb-tools in its base channel. As a result, when Red Hat Enterprise Linux provided a higher version of libldb than that provided by Red Hat Gluster Storage, the yum update failed due to libldb version dependency conflict with Red Hat Gluster Storage and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. In this release, the libldb version is greater than the version in Red Hat Enterprise Linux, which includes a matching version of ldb-tools, thus allowing yum update to succeed. This release also provides higher versions of libtevent and libtdb, to prevent version conflicts with Red Hat Enterprise Linux.(BZ#1327306)

Users of Red Hat Gluster Storage are advised to upgrade to this updated
package.

Solution

relevant to your system have been applied.
