Updated OpenStack Dashboard packages that resolve various issues are now
available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform 7.0 (Kilo) for
RHEL 7.

Description

Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform provides the facilities for
building a private or public infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) cloud
running on commonly available physical hardware. This advisory includes
packages for the OpenStack Dashboard. The Dashboard (horizon) provides
administrators and users with a graphical interface to access, provision,
and automate cloud-based resources. The dashboard allows cloud
administrators to get an overall view of the size and state of the cloud,
and it provides end-users a self-service portal to provision their own
resources within the limits set by administrators.

This update addresses the following issues:

• If quotas were disabled for networking services, then the network

topology area was missing items to create routers and networks.
(BZ#1254780)

• If the UI language was set to Japanese (ja), then attempting to delete

entries for keypairs, security groups or rules in a security group,
flavors, images, networks, or routers caused the error "UnicodeDecodeError:
'ascii' codec can't decode byte" in the logs. (BZ#1256990)

Solution

Before applying this update, ensure all previously released errata relevant
to your system have been applied.
