An updated python-pyudev package that fixes one bug is now available for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The python-pyudev package provides Python binding to the udev library (libudev),
which is a device and hardware management and information library for Linux.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Previously, the python-pyudev specification file contained unneeded explicit

runtime dependencies. As a consequence, along with the python-pyudev package,
redundant packages were installed. To fix this bug, the dependencies have been
removed, and the unnecessary packages are no longer installed during the
installation of python-pyudev. (BZ#1095454)

Users of python-pyudev are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which
fixes this bug.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata relevant
to your system have been applied.
