Updated resource-agents packages that fix one bug are now available for Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 6.

Description

The resource-agents packages provide the Pacemaker and rgmanager service
managers with a set of scripts that interface with several services in order to
allow operating in a High Availability (HA) environment.

This update fixes the following bug:

  • A new feature in resource-agents (BZ#1168251) introduced a defect in the SAP

HANA recourse agent, which prevented setting an attribute correctly.
As a consequence, the SAP HANA System Replication takeover process in some cases
failed in environments where the cluster node names were not identical to the
system host names or SAP HANA node names. The provided patch fixes the bug, and
makes the SAP HANA System Replication takeover work properly when the SAP HANA
recourse agent is used. (BZ#1226176)

Users of resource-agents are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which
fix this bug.

Solution
