Topic
Updated qemu-kvm-rhev packages that fixes two bugs.
Description
KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) is a full virtualization solution for
Linux on AMD64 and Intel 64 systems. The qemu-kvm-rhev package provides
the userspace component for running virtual machines using KVM, in
environments managed by Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager.
This update fixes the following bugs:
- This update ensures corresponding machine types between Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.6 and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.1 to enable successful live migration. (BZ#1194552)
- Previously, invalid information in the SRAT table meant that hot-plugged vCPUs were not working with Windows guests. Now, all possible vCPUs are marked as enabled and come online when hot plugged, and hot-plugged vCPUS work with Windows guests as expected. (BZ#1191385)
