Updated tuna packages that fix one bug and add one enhancement are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The tuna packages provide an interface for changing both scheduler and IRQ
tunables, at whole CPU, per-thread or per-IRQ levels. Tuna allows CPUs to be
isolated for use by a specific application and threads and interrupts to be
moved to a CPU simply by dragging and dropping them.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Previously, attempting to list configuration files in a command line interface resulted in a traceback when not connected to an X server display. With this update, a fix has been provided that allows tuna to list configuration files correctly whether a graphical interface is available or not. (BZ#1035853)

In addition, this update adds the following enhancement:

• With this update, the Tuna GUI has been enhanced to request root authorization when launched, so that the user does not have to run the desktop as root to invoke the Tuna GUI. (BZ#996954)

Users of tuna are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix this
bug and add this enhancement.

Solution
