Updated gnome-boxes packages that fix two bugs are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The gnome-boxes packages contain an application designed to create, setup,
access, and use remote physical and virtual machines, local virtual machines,
and if technology permits, set up access for applications on local virtual
machines.

This update fixes the following bugs:

• Previously, the gnome-boxes application did not notify the user of a failed

network installation. Consequently, the gnome-boxes GUI remained waiting for an
infinite amount of time. With this update, an error message is displayed in case
of unsuccessful network installation. (BZ#1046251)

• Previously, gnome-boxes incorrectly set the maximum disk size to unnecessarily

high values. This bug has been fixed, and gnome-boxes now specify appropriate
maximum disk sizes. (BZ#1049316)

Users of gnome-boxes are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix
these bugs.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
