Topic

Updated nss packages that fix numerous bugs and add various enhancements are now
available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Description

Network Security Services (NSS) is a set of libraries designed to support the
cross-platform development of security-enabled client and server applications.
Applications built with NSS can support SSLv3, TLS, and other security
standards.

These updated nss packages include numerous bug fixes and enhancements. Space
precludes documenting all of these changes in this advisory. Users are directed
to the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.6 Technical Notes for information on the most
significant of these changes:

Users of nss are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these
bugs and add these enhancements.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
