An updated redhat-indexhtml package that fixes one bug is now available for Red
Hat Enterprise Linux 7.

Description

The redhat-indexhtml package provides a welcome page shown by a web browser
after successful installation of Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This web page advises
users on how to register their Red Hat software and how to get any support they
might need.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Translations of the default Red Hat welcome page for some of the supported

locales, such as es-ES, ta-IN, and or-IN, were incomplete, providing customers
with inaccurate or incomplete content on the initial launch of their web
browsers. This update updates the affected translations, ensuring that the Red
Hat welcome page provides the correct and complete information for each
supported locale. (BZ#1099094)

Users of redhat-indexhtml are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which
fixes this bug.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
