Topic
Updated rhevm-image-uploader packages that fix several bugs and add various
enhancements are now available.
Description
The rhevm-image-uploader package provides a streamlined process for uploading a
virtual appliance stored as an OVF archive to a Red Hat Enterprise
Virtualization export storage domain.
All Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager users should install this update.
Changes to the rhevm-image-uploader component:
- Previously, the man page for the engine-image-uploader tool did not include a
description of the '--cert-file' and '--insecure' parameters. This update
provides a description of these parameters. (BZ#951097)
- Previously, the parameter for specifcing the path and file name of the engine
certificate to be used by the engine-image-uploader command was '--engine-ca'.
Now, this argument has been changed to '--cert-file'. This update provides
backwards compatibility to update the old parameter to the new parameter in
environments upgraded from Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization 3.1. (BZ#1046303)
