An updated redhat-support-plugin-rhev package which fixes a bug is now
available.

Description

The Red Hat Support plug-in for Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization is a new
feature which offers seamless integrated access to Red Hat Access services from
the Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Administration Portal. The plug-in
provides automated functionality that enables quicker help, answers, and
proactive services. It offers easy and instant access to Red Hat exclusive
knowledge, resources, engagement, and diagnostic features.

This update fixes the following bug:

• When creating or updating a case from the administration portal, the operation

hanged while trying to attach the logs to the case, citing a state of PENDING.
The user had to close the dialog box and manually start the log collector from
the Manager. This was caused by a bug with the SELinux plugin in the SOS report,
which did not fail gracefully and caused redhat-support-plugin-rhev to fail. The
SELinux plugin is now disabled, so logs can be attached to cases created from
the administration portal. (BZ#1045522)

All users of the Red Hat Support plug-in on Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization
Manager are advised to install this updated package, which fixes this issue.
