Updated xorg-x11-drv-mach64 packages that fix one bug are now available for Red
Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Description

The xorg-x11-drv-mach64 packages provide the X.Org X11 Mach64 video driver.

This update fixes the following bug:

  • When installing Red Hat Enterprise Linux in graphical mode, the X server

failed and the installation proceeded in text mode. With this update, a
backported patch is provided and installation in graphical mode proceeds as
expected. (BZ#963219)

Users of xorg-x11-drv-mach64 are advised to upgrade to these updated packages,
which fix this bug.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure all previously-released errata
relevant to your system have been applied.
