Topic

Updated cluster and gfs2-utils packages that fix multiple bugs and add various enhancements are now available for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Description

[Updated 30 May 2013]
This advisory has been updated with the correct link to the Technical Notes book.

The cluster and gfs2-utils packages contain the core clustering libraries for Red Hat High Availability as well as utilities to maintain GFS2 file systems for users of Red Hat Resilient Storage.

These updated cluster and gfs2-utils packages include numerous bug fixes and enhancements. Space precludes documenting all of these changes in this advisory. Users are directed to the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.3 Technical Notes for information on the most significant of these changes:

https://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/6/html/6.3_Technical_Notes/cluster_and_gfs2-utils.html#RHBA-2012-0861

All users of cluster and gfs2-utils are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which fix these bugs and add these enhancements.
