Updated spacewalk-proxy packages that fix bare metal kickstarts over Red Hat
Network Proxy running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 is now available for Red Hat
Network Proxy 5.4.

Description

Red Hat Network (RHN) Proxy provides a mechanism for caching content, such as
package updates from Red Hat or custom content created for an organization on an
internal, centrally-located server.

This update fixes the following bug:

• Prior to this update, an attempt to perform bare metal kickstart installation

over a RHN Proxy server that was running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 failed,
because a handler for the "/ks" URL was missing. With this update, this error
has been fixed, and the "/ks" URL is now correctly passed to the broker module.
As a result, a bare metal kickstart over a RHN Proxy that runs on Red Hat
Enterprise Linux 6 can now be performed as expected. (BZ#720837)

Users of Red Hat Network Proxy are advised to upgrade to these updated packages,
which fix this bug.

Solution

relevant to your system have been applied.
