An updated efax package that fixes a bug is now available.

Description

The efax program is a small ANSI C/POSIX utility that sends and receives
faxes using any Class 1, 2 or 2.0 fax modem.

This updated efax package fixes a bug which caused a segmentation fault
when attempting to send a fax due to the incorrect use of an internal efax
function.

All users of efax are advised to upgrade to this updated package, which
resolves this issue.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
