Updated tcl packages that resolve an issue are now available.

Description

Tcl is a simple scripting language designed to be embedded into other
applications. Tcl is designed to be used with Tk, a widget set.

These updated tcl packages fix a bug which resulted in "wrong ELF class:
ELFCLASS32" error messages when attempting to run tcl scripts on a 64-bit
multilib system where both the 32-bit and 64-bit packages dependent on tcl
were installed.

All users of tcl are advised to upgrade to these updated packages, which
resolve this issue.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
