Updated net-snmp packages that fix various bugs are now available.

Description

SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) is a protocol used for network
management.

This update includes the following fixes:

• generate configuration files with proper SELinux contexts by snmpconf.
• fix '-M' option of client utilities.
• fix for snmpd.conf and snmpusm man pages.
• handle invalid port numbers on command line.
• fix for ssCpuRawIdle and hrSWInstalled OIDs.
• diskIO MIB is now available.
• logrotate no longer terminates snmptrapd process.
• fix for log verbosity, which significantly speeds up snmpd.
• fix for crash when processing long output of exec statements.
• fix for getnext request so snmpwalk properly returns TCP scalars.

All users of net-snmp should upgrade to these updated packages, which
resolve these issues.

Solution

Before applying this update, make sure that all previously-released
errata relevant to your system have been applied.
