  • RedHat 7 Server not allowing SSH

    Posted on

    HI

I am struggling with a redhat vm. the server just started with displaying a blank screen instead of the loggin page. I then went into single user mode and made the change to CLI, I am getting the CLI loggin screen but none of the passwords work. I even crerated a new account with Sudo access but it is also not allowing me to log in. it just says login incorrect. I also try logging in with root it just says loggin incorrect. when the server boots, I can ping it and get to the ssh login but I cannot login via ssh also. I am stuck I dont know what to try next. any ideas?

    this is redhat 7.9
