Can't install Red Hat Satellite 6.17 on RHEL 0

I am trying to install Red Hat Satellite on RHEL 9, something which worked a few weeks in the past. However, now it fails as the package is not available.

These are my enabled repos, but none of them has the package satellite. Other repos seem to be not available for RHEL 9.

My theory therefore would be that my subscription is not eligible, but strangely enough I was able to install just fine a few days before.
