Intel graphics not working with RHEL 7

I have an intel processor with intel UHD graphics p630 built in. The graphics drivers work fine for RHEL 8, but I had to downgrade to use some specific software, and now it is loading Mesa drivers which is only allowing me to use a single monitor output, and fixed resolution.

without any success.

Anybody have ideas as to how to get the i915 driver to work properly?
