RHEV 3.3 Unable to connect to the graphic server

Win: Windows 7 x64,IE 11 and FF 30
Client：virt-viewer-x64-0.57 or virt-viewer-x64-0.60

Question：
Internet explorer and FF not through remote console tool to connect to the virtual machine.

Hi Roman,

We have seen this also and it was caused by a firewall blocking the spice ports.

The M server iptables and SELINUX are not runing.use broser and virt-viewer both not connect the GuestOS.

The reason I find for a long time, haven't found, do you have similar problems and solved the case ?

Hi Roman,

There was a physical firewall between the networks where the virt-viewer and the guest were running. After enabling the spice ports in this firewall, the connection could be made. Are you sure there is no blocking device between your guest and your browser?

Yeah,I am a small local area network (LAN), 2 PCS to do a small test environment, no special hardware firewall,m and h iptables are not runing.

I tried to change several client test not connected, please also need to do what other configuration M and H ?

I also feel there could be a network connectivity issue, Are you able to ping hypervisor from your browser PC ?
