RHEL 7 doesn't detecting WINDOWS 7 in grub

hi all i install RHEL 7 but after i installed it doesn't detecting WINDOWS 7 at boot (in grub) . my UEFI disabled .

and i just want to said that fedora 19 and 20 detecting WINDOWS 7 in a second.
