RHEL 9 (SSL Server Certificate Status verification FAILED)

I already did a dnf cache clear
dnf clean all
did reboot
subs unregister and register
i disabled and enabled both BaseOS and StreamApp Repos
disabled proxy in dnf.conf, and rhsm.conf
insecure=1 is set aswell
performed sslverify=false via yum.conf

here is the error
