RHEL - Top Support Policies
Greetings all!
First time poster, long-time commenter from Red Hat.
Wanted to get your feedback on the following page I've been slowing making better for a few years:
RHEL - Top Support Policies
https://access.redhat.com/site/articles/rhel-top-support-policies
Do you think there is anything missing that all customers might need to know? Yes, I know there are many support policies out there, but wanted to get the tip-top all in one place.
NOTE: We still have to add content/columns/rows to account for RHEL 7, so that's coming soon! :-)
Thanks all!
Andrius.

Hi Andrius,
That article is a nice collection of what seems to be relevant top issues...
-
I noticed the link replicated in the next line goes to a place where (at least) I have no permission to view: (Was it your intention for the next link to be viewed by anyone?)
- How do I upgrade Red Hat Enterprise Linux to the next major release? (I already know how to go to the next major release already though)
-
Would this article be well served to place how to activate a new subscription link? I have seen a number of people land in this discussion area with various requests that boil down to their yum is not working because they have not registered their Red Hat subscription.

Nice that you have the "Where did the Oracle Java SE packages go".
Thanks for posting this.
Hi Andrius, Thanks for checking on those... the first link (How to upgrade to next RHEL release) that goes to https://access.redhat.com/site/solutions/3043 still shows as "Access denied" and that it was updated about 2 hours ago (as I type this) with the following text block underneath...
You do not have permission to access the page you requested. If this
is knowledge content, it may be unpublished or retired. Documents
may be retired when they are outdated, duplicated, or no longer
necessary. Please try searching the Customer Portal for the most
current, published information.
Thanks for the other changes and the post for activating a new subscription!
