yum update fails after download start

I am running redhat (6.5) satellite client (5.6) on a redhat 6.3 server. When i go to do a yum update i get the error (see image) on downloading packages. the entire update fails. I think it has something to do with the file listed as "local-dvd" in the list (see image). i just dont know how to clear the error.
