I found one video in ogg format for the performance tuning (actually two parts). I'll post those links later.

The both are about 51 minutes (started the first one yesterday). Haven't looked at the 2nd one yet....
Haven't had a chance to see ifthe videos match the slides, since the videos were from the 2013 RH summit.
