Dear Team ,

One of server Prod server went into read only mode , All file systems are hosted on internal disk .This is a IBM blade server , with two disk in Raid 1 , One of the disk failed . But second disk is intact ,we have rebooted the server . Server went into maintainece mode . We have ran FSCK . and rebooted . Still all file systems are in read only . Please check asap . I cannot run snap on it . Please advice. I have ran dmidecode and fdik -l . Let me know if anything else is needed
