Red Hat Jboss 7.3 SSO app integration with weblogic 12c

Hi,
We are planning to use Red Hat JBoss EAP 7.3 for new application development. However, our existing applications are deployed in weblogic 12c. We are planning to implement SSO solution so when user logs in Application A ( running on weblogic 12c) can navigate to New applications ( running on JBOSS EAP 7.3) without asking user credentials using SSO token.

1. Does JBoss EAP 7.3 can use as SSO Gateway server and support across different app server application as an partner appplcaition?
2. Should we install third party SSO gateway server for SSO support ? Please suggest
