Customer Portal notifications

Hi,

I'm subscribed to receive notifications on new/updated knowledge base articles/solutions.

I haven't received any notifications (emails) since Feb 26.
Prior to this date notifications were regularly sent.

Were there any changes made to the notification system?

I am having the same issue as Ermin.. I though the customer portal had just gone quiet!

Yes, there was a temporary outage that held up notifications a day or two, and we greately apologize for the inconvenience. They should have resumed later in the week, so please let us know if they're not properly working for you now.
