general package repository
I am looking for a repository for RH 6.5 that has the following packages:
libsqliteodbc
unixodbc
libusb
libosip2-dev
libortp-dev

unixODBC and libusb are in RHEL-6. libosip2-devel is in either rpmforge (repoforge) or nux-dextop repository.

You really want to be careful if you want to use the so-called "3rd-party" repositories. There is no official support by Red Hat. You can read more about warnings and the info regarding those repositories in this CentOS wiki article.
