Is it possible to create NFS and FCP in single Datacenter in RHEV 3.x ?

If you are asking about data storage domains, then No. This is a feature work in progress for a future major version, probably RHEV-4.

ISO/export storage domains which are NFS based can coexist with FCP data storage domains in the same DC.

My concerns is for Data Storage Domains.

I would like to have heterogeneous storage domain support in order to configure my test/dev VMs for NFS Storage Domain and Productions for FCP Storage Domains.

I have rhev 3.4.5 and this is possible, I did it.
