How to upgrade from rhel 9.4 to rhel 9.5

Hi. Im new to RHEL. I am running RHEL 9.4 and need to upgraded to 9.5 or if possible go straight to 9.6. We are using it as part of our Cyberark Farm so want to keep existing configurations relevant to Cyberark. We are not using the enhanced support so have to keep up with the various patch releases in a timely manner
