Automatic distribution of licenses via activation keys

On my Red Hat Satellite 6.13, I attached virtual servers, and they automatically received VDC licenses via Virt-who. VDC licenses are associated with activation keys.

Now, I need to add physical servers to my Satellite, and therefore, automatically assign a physical license to each server. I want to know if I can add physical licenses to my existing activation keys. This way, when I attach a new physical server, it will have a physical license, and if I attach a virtual server, it will have a VDC license. I have tested this, but the new client servers still retrieve the physical licenses. Is there a specific configuration to be done, or should I create new activation keys with only physical licenses?
