Providing Passwords in a compliant manner

I need to provide a password for a domain join (realm join) using a Satellite Ansible Job template. It is essential that the password is kept completely secure and unreadable at all times, including in any job logs, template previews, or similar outputs.

I am currently uncertain about the best method to ensure this level of security and would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance.
