live patch for RHEL 8.9

Hi

I have the kernel version 4.18.0-477.21.1.el8_8 installed and i want to update to 4.18.0-513.5.1.el8_9 using kpatch live patching

But when i run the update it says no update found .

yum install "kpatch-patch = $(uname -r)"

Please help me to understand if i can update to latest kernel .
