Foreman - Syncable format option

The airgapped Satellite 6.13.4 has the export=syncable option which reduces my 4-5 hr export/import times to a 30-45min time, which is great.

Does anyone know if the Foreman version (latest) also support the syncable format option for cv export/ import?
