NIC Bonding 802.3 AD

Would like to ask for your kind expertise please. Currently one of our servers is configure to have a bond of 802.3AD for ports eno1 and eno2. What we are expecting is that the traffic will flow for those ports but it doesn't work.

Actual Traffic flow via sar - n DEV 1 command

Here are the ports equivalent to the connected ports on switch

GigabitEthernet 0/0/8 = eno1
GigabitEthernet 0/0/17 = eno2
