  • OpenGL version 3.3 installation

    Hi,

I have been using a geological simulation software RMS which has been installed on an RHEL 7.9 machine, and when I tried to view the 3D graphs on this machine, there was an error:

"OpenGL version 3.3 or higher is required to visualize well picks in the current configuration. "

I tried to upgrade the graphics card, yet the issue is still not fixed. Also, I found that this issue only occurs when I use VNC to connect to this machine. There will be no error if I try to view these 3D graphs directly on this machine. So how can I upgrade OpenGL on this machine, or is there any alternative solution? Thanks.

    Config of the machine:
    CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-2225 CPU
    RAM: 64GB
    GPU: NVIDIA RTX A4000
    OS: RHEL 7.9
